About Computer Support Foundation
Most computer problems at home and in small offices are solved by the same few habits: look before you click, rule out the simple things, restart properly, change one thing at a time, keep backups, and never let a stranger in. This site teaches those habits in short modules and lets you practise them in realistic scenarios.
- Who runs it: WeldonPC, Garfield Heights, Ohio. It is a paid learning service, not a charity or a nonprofit; "foundation" means the basics, and nothing paid here is a donation or tax-deductible.
- Sources: advice on scams, phishing, passwords, two-step sign-in and updates follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and CISA; keyboard shortcuts follow Microsoft's and Apple's own support pages. The Sources page lists them.
- What it is not: not a repair service, not remote support, not a certification. Nobody from this site will ever call you or ask to connect to your computer.
- No affiliate links and no tracking cookies. The home page, the course, lessons, lab introductions, Pricing, Sources and this page carry one labelled banner from WeldonPC’s own ad network, AdEngine (see Privacy); lab steps, quiz results, the worksheet and your record never do. The site sends no email.
