Information only. The course is general educational information. It is not professional advice and does not diagnose your computer. Follow your device maker's instructions; take anything the course sends to a professional to a qualified repair shop.
Who we are. Computer Support Foundation is a paid learning service operated by WeldonPC, Garfield Heights, Ohio, USA. It is not a charity or a nonprofit organisation, and payments are not donations or tax-deductible.
Accounts. Keep your password and recovery code safe. We cannot reset an account without the recovery code, because the site sends no email.
The Learner pass. $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year. During the preview the whole course is free and nothing is charged. Paid passes renew until cancelled; cancel any time and keep the pass to the end of the paid period.
The course record shows your progress on this site only. It is not a certification, qualification or academic credit.
No warranty; limits. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for loss arising from use of the information.
