Much better, and nothing you need was removed. You found the actual load (tabs, a full disk, startup programs) instead of guessing.

The lesson: Restart, look in Task Manager, free disk space, trim startup programs you recognise. Check that updates are not stuck. If it is still slow, the hardware may be ageing; get advice before buying.
